Old projects

Ohhhh, I am so excited I am starting a new Polymer clay project that has been haunting my "just before sleeping" nights. I have had these ideas for a long time now and I finally decided I HAVE TO MAKE THEM! I ordered most of the items I need to start and today my Super husband while he was out buying more Remodel stuff stopped and picked up the two ceramic tiles I needed (Thank you Honey). I will get started tomorrow yippee!!
So I thought before I start my New and Exciting new project I would share some of my old simpleton projects. The wind chime was a gift to my wonderful Mom. The hanger was polymer clay, I etched each glass chime part with asst. flowers and then pen painted on the etched side of each and then strung with beads and jewelry findings. All but one of the picture frames were all done for prizes or gifts for a club reunions over the years. The one "Love Grows Here" was a birthday gift for a friend who decorated in Crows etc. The mirror was a mixed media Polymer Clay with real sand and sea shells and I etched the mirror with a Fish motif. These are not the best photos but they will do for now. I promise to take better pictures of my new items

  1. Ok, so those chimes ... wow! I'm a chime slut (did I say that?!) did you ever see the movie Body Heat, with Kathleen Turner and William Hurt, back in the 80's I think? I love the scene where he goes back to her house with her to see the wind chimes on her porch ... I've wanted a porch like that ever since!
